It was an early Sunday morning when Teena emailed me asking if I could take pictures of her family before they headed back home that Tuesday. I had just finished going through an equipment upgrade and was anxious to put it all to use. Great timing Teena!

Started off summer by taking pictures of the Tran kids over at Telfair one Sunday morning. It was a fun early morning workout from trying to keep up with the kids but definitely worth it. Thanks Melissa for asking me to take pictures of your niece and nephews!
Decided to head over to CITYCENTRE for 4th of July yesterday. I thought I would find a decent spot at 7pm and well, turns out that was too late and the best spot I could find was with a tree and some bushes.
Regardless, CITYCENTRE and Texas Unlimited Band put on a great show. Need to catch up on sleep so here are the pics…
The Coalition to Abolish Modern-day Slavery in Asia (CAMSA) recently had a benefit fashion show earlier this month.
The lady in the fifth picture below is Phuong-Anh Vu, a victim of slavery who managed to escape and eventually make her way to America. Sad story (which can be read here or on chron.com) with a good ending.
